Designed exclusively for Kaiser Permanente Northern California members, the My Doctor Online app offers a range of features to ensure you receive the best possible care:
- Access care for common concerns through E-visits, where you can seek advice, prescriptions, and tests.
- Stay updated with timely notifications for appointments, screenings, immunizations, surgeries and procedures, pregnancy, diabetes management, and more.
- Have face-to-face interactions with your doctor through video visits.
- Easily schedule and manage primary and specialty appointments for your entire family.
- Effortlessly refill your prescriptions.
- View your test results and other important information in your medical record.
- Find doctors, specialists, and conveniently located medical offices near you.
To begin using the app, simply download and launch it. Sign in using your kp.org user ID and password. If you're a Northern California member without a kp.org account, you can easily register directly from the app by tapping "Sign-In Help." After signing in, make sure to enable app notifications to stay informed.
